1. User Privacy

1.1. Lucky Ant Inc. (“Lucky Ant” or “we”, “our” or “us”) understands your concern about how information about you is used and shared. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to let you know about our policy regarding personal data that is collected throughthe LuckyAnt.com (the “Website”) or use of the services, features, content, applicationsorwidgetsoffered by us (collectively with the Website, the "Service").Please read this notice carefully and do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

1.2. We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of any revisions or updates to this Privacy Policy will be made available through the Service, and any such revisions or updates will be effective upon the posting of such notice, unless otherwise expressly stated. Your continued use of the Services, after the posting, will constitute your acceptance of those revisions and updates. Therefore, you should frequently review this Privacy Policy to understand the terms and conditions that govern use of information that you provide to us. If you do not agree to any revisions or updates to this Privacy Policy as they may occur, you must terminate your registration immediately and discontinue your use of the Service.

2. Use of Your Private Information

2.1. Email Address. When you sign up for a Lucky Antaccount, or other service or promotion that requires registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address. We will only use this email address to contact you as part of the transaction process, to send you periodic emails that you have signed up for, or for purposes that are intended to enhance your user experience. We may also occasionally contact you to obtain feedback on a specific project (a “Project”) in which you have participated. We will not share your contact information with third parties, except as provided in Section 4.1. We will generally ask you to indicate whether or not you want to receive certain types of email communication from us, and we will adhere to your preferences unless we consider a particular communication to be absolutely necessary.

2.2. Name. During the process of utilizing the Services and funding aProject, you may be required to provide the full name of the person who will claim the Reward. We will only share the name you provide with the merchant listed on that Project. The merchant may use your full name for the purposes of verifying that the Reward is valid. We will also collect your full name during the checkout process to verify your credit card payment information. When signing up for our mailing lists, a Lucky Ant account, or other services or promotions that require registration, you may also be asked to provide your name at that time so that we can personalize all communications you receive from us.

2.3. Credit Card Information. When you fund a Project, you will need to submit your credit card billing or other payment information so that we can process your payment for the Project.

2.4. Demographic Information. We may occasionally collect demographic data, such as age, gender or profession. We may use all of the information we collect to tailor the Service, products and services, including by providing targeted advertising. We believe that this benefits you, as it provides you with access to products, services and ads that are more likely to correspond to your needs and interests. Based upon our analysis of the information we have collected, the Company determines your likely needs and interests, and it endeavors to show you people, advertising, products and services that match those needs and interests. However, we do not identify you as an individual to the advertiser or third party product/service provider unless you otherwise consent.The Company will de-identify and/or aggregate such information before sharing it, so that you will not be identified as an individual to any third parties. The Company believes that the foregoing will improve your interaction with the Services, enabling you to access people, advertising, products and services that are relevant to your interests.

2.5. Information Collected from Third Parties. If you provide personally identifiable information to this Service, we may combine such information with other actively collected information in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we will give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.

2.6. Facebook. We may provide users with the ability to utilize their Facebook credentials to log in to the Service. By logging in to the Service with your Facebook credentials, you will be giving Lucky Ant access to certain general personally identifying information stored in your Facebook profile. We will not view or store any data available to us from your Facebook profile without first obtaining your consent. We may allow you to share our content with your Facebook contacts. We do not view or store lists of your friends or the specific messages that you send to your friends. However, we may record the number of times that particular content has been shared.

3. Passive Information Collection

3.1. As you navigate through theService, certain information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without you actively providing the information) using various technologies, such as Google Analytics, and means, such as your physical location, navigational data and which Projects you have viewed. We may share the typesof data described in this section with third parties in an aggregated, non- personally identifying form. Such information does not identify you individually.

3.2. Like most service operators, we may occasionally record your IP address, use cookies, and assign Internet tags. We may also record information about the areas you visit on this Services and collect operational information about the technology you use, such as your browser, type of computer, operating systems, Internet service providers and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our Service.

In addition, when you view the Service, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a cookie or similar file and will help us in many ways. For example, cookies allow us to tailor the Service or an advertisement to better match your interests and preferences. Most Internet browsers enable you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. The Company does not collect personally identifiable information automatically, but we may tie information collected automatically to your previously submitted personally identifiable information.

4. Use and Disclosure of User Information

4.1. Lucky Ant only shares your personally identifying information with third partiesin limited circumstances and, except as provided in this section, we require your consent before we share any of your personally identifying information. You hereby consent to us sharing your personal information under the circumstances described herein.

4.2. Disclosure to Third Parties.

4.2.1. We may provide personally identifying information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personally identifying information on our behalf.

4.2.2. We reserve the right to transfer or assign the personally identifying information we have collected from you in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, reorganization, assignment, or other transfer of Lucky Ant or the business of this Service to which the information relates, in which case we will require any such buyer to agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy or terms substantively similar hereto.

4.2.3. We may share your personally identifying information when we believe in good faith that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Lucky Ant, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

4.2.4. We may share your personally identifying information with(a) carefully selected third parties who have posted projects that may be of interest to you, provided you have consented to such projects, in which case we will require such third parties to agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and (b) to contractors we use to support our business (including, without limitation, technical support), in which case we will require such third parties to agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and use it for the same purposes.

5. Minors

We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Serviceusers under 13 years of age, and we will delete accounts held by individuals that we learn are under 13 years of age. We encourage parents and guardians to talk to their children about their use of the Internet and the information they disclose online. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us via e-mail at jonathan@luckyant.com. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our databases.

6. Protection of Your Personal Information

We work hard to protect your personal information. We use both technical and procedural methods to maintain the integrity and security of our databases. However, you should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. Although we may permit you to restrict access to certain of your information through your privacy settings, we cannot guarantee that such security measures are impenetrable. We are not responsible for any evasion of security measures incorporated into the Service. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that content you post on the Service will only be accessed by authorized persons, and we cannot guarantee the security of your account information. When you post or share information with third parties using the Service, such information may be shared with other Service users. Please remember that all such posting and sharing of information is done at your own risk, that such information may become publicly available, and that Lucky Antcannot control the actions of persons with whom you choose to share your information. Any personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data that you disclose through the merchant commenting system, message boardsor other public online forums hosted on this Service, if any, may be collected and used by others. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your content. We recommend caution when giving out personal information to others in such public online forums. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. If you have access to password-protected features, never share your password with anyone else, notify us promptly if you believe your password security has been breached, and remember to log off of this Service before you leave your mobile or other electronic device from which you access this Service unattended.

8. Notice to California Residents

Pursuant to California state law, if you are a resident of California and a Service user, and you wish to obtain a list of the information we have collected from you and/or to update or change that information, please contact us in writing at the below address, with a letter identifying your name, address, and email address. In that letter, you may update or request that we remove your information (although we retain the right to keep a copy of your information for financial auditing and similar business purposes).
